How to Operate
Seamless Setup: Simply place the bucket on the weighing platform for rapid alignment. The system intelligently detects the bucket's position and seamlessly guides the filling gun for precision.
Streamlined Filling: Witness the filling gun automatically position into the bucket mouth, activating the peel and initiating the filling process with the ball valve group.
Precision Loading: Engage in four-stage filling - large, medium, small, and trace quantities - achieving target values with unmatched accuracy.
Automatic Completion: Upon reaching the target value, the filling gun retracts outside the barrel. Manually proceed to the lid lock area and simply press the [Lock lid] button.
Secure Conclusion: Benefit from pneumatic locking cover mechanisms followed by manual palletizing for final touches.
